Zhejiang Bestwa EnviTech Co., Ltd. (The Company) , is a comprehensive environmental protection corporation, specializing in R&D, technical service, equipment manufacturing, EPC, integrated use of natural resources, and international trade in the fields of environmental pollution control and contamination remediation.

The Company was founded in 2003 with the registered capital of RMB 63 million. It has engineering, operation and construction qualifications, including Class-B of Environmental Engineering Special Design (exhaust gas, solid waste, wastewater, contamination remediation), Grade II General Contract of Municipal Public Works Construction, Grade II Construction of Environmental Protection Project, Grade III Mechanical-Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering, Safety Production License, Grade I Operation of Environmental Pollution Control Facilities, and was certified with the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T50430 construction quality management system.

The Company is committed to solid waste disposal, pollution remediation, water contamination prevention and treatment, air pollution prevention and control, comprehensive utilization, import and export trade, environmental protection equipment manufacturing. It wholly owns several subsidiaries, including Bestwa EnviTech Germany GmbH, Zhejiang Bogriwul Membrane-Tech Co., Ltd., Zhejiang BestGreen Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., which equip the parent company with a complete industrial chain from technology import, equipment manufacturing, engineering construction to facility operation.

The Company is strengthened by its leading technologies. There is more than 240 staff at present, over 200 with junior college degree or above, 3 with Ph.D. degree, 15 with senior professional title. 20% of the staff hold intermediate certificate; 10% of the staff were certified with Associate Constructor or Constructor; 8 employees are Registered Environmental Protection Engineers. The Company has a number of experts enjoying the Special Government Allowances of Hangzhou Municipal Government, being entitled Zhejiang Province New Century 151 Talents and Hangzhou Municipal 131 Talents, and there are also a number of overseas returnees from different countries and regions, such as Germany, Holland, France and HongKong.
